This is a website of Sugee Group. Please read this policy carefully before accessing or using the site. Sugee Group may modify this Policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified policy on the site.
The electronic / printed material has been created keeping in mind the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) applicable for projects in Maharashtra.
We collect basic statistics of visitors using Google Analytics to monitor the usage of the website. This includes but is not limited to the visitor's country, internet connection and speed, duration of visit, pages visited, operating system, and screen resolutions and colours. However, no personal information is automatically collected such as name, email address and other contact details.
1. Terms and Conditions of Use:
The undermentioned terms and conditions {collectively "Terms''} apply to www.sugeemarinabay.com, www.sugeemarinabay.in, www.marina bay-worli seaface.com, www.marinabayworliseaface.com, www.marinabay.co.in, www.marina-bay.in, www.marina-bay.co.in, www.marinabayworliseaface.in, and other website owned by Sugee Group for the purpose of Marina Bay project. Any person logging on to or using the site/s ("the Visitor") has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use of the site which constitute a binding and enforceable agreement between the visitor and the Sugee Group. If visitors do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, he/she may not access or use the site.
2. Site and/or its Content/s:
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Site and/or its Content/s, it is clarified, understood and agreed that Sugee Group, through this Site, does not intend to constitute/make any assurance, claim, offer, inducement, invitation, proposal, representation and/or contract of any nature for any purpose whatsoever. All transaction/s shall be governed only by the terms of the appropriate agreement entered into between the parties and no details mentioned on this site shall govern the transaction/s.
3. Disclaimer:
All pictures, images, drawings, plans, amenities, dimensions, elevations, illustrations, facilities, features, specifications, other information etc., mentioned in this website are only indicative and the promoters/developers reserve the right to change any or all of these in the interest of the development of the Project that is proposed without prior notice, reference or obligations. The views depicted in this website, real or in renders are not from individual apartments and might change later. This website does not constitute an offer and/or contract of any type between the promoters/developers and the visitor. The visitor/prospective purchaser is required to verify all the details, including area, amenities, services, terms of sales and payments and other relevant terms independently with us or with our sales team prior to concluding any decision for buying any unit(s) in the Project. Tolerance of +/- 3% is possible in the unit carpet areas and/or unfinished dimensions on account of design and construction variances. The Project has been registered via MahaRERA registration number: P51900011592 and its details are available on the website https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in under registered projects.
Terms:
a) It is expressly clarified and informed that this Site and/or its Content/s is/are provided on "as is" basis, Sugee Group makes no representation/s or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, correctness, adequacy, completeness or suitability of this Site and/or its Content/s and/or the results that may be obtained from use of this Site and/or its Content/s in any manner whatsoever.
b) Sugee Group hereby expressly disclaims any legal liabilities with respect to mistakes, omissions, inaccuracies and typographical errors in this Site and/or its Content/s. This Site and / or its Content/s may/may not be updated on a periodic basis and is /are subject to change (as may be required by Sugee Group), without notice.
c) The particulars of the apartment/s, unit/s, building/s, tower/s, wing/s, layout/s, landscape/s, demarcation/s, plan/s, amenity/ies, dimension/s, area/s, elevation/s, facility/ies, space/s, specification/s, user/s, fitting/s, fixture/s, furniture/s and/or various other features relating to any project of Sugee Group and/or its future projects and/or various phases/portions of such project land/s, (as may be demarcated, from time to time), as may be displayed/presented on this Site and/or in its Content/s, from time to time:-
i) are all tentative, till final sanction of plans for the entire concerned layout and till completion of development of all phases of the entire concerned project, plans, areas, designs, features, etc. contained in this Site and/or in its Content/s are tentative and of indicative nature and subject to approval of the concerned authorities;
ii) may not be part of the layout or the standard premises. The interiors, furnishings, furniture, accessories, etc. displayed in the Content/s, are merely indicative. Dimensions and floor plan layouts are approximate and the building illustrations are design concepts only;
iii) are subject to amendment/s, change/s, modification/s and revision/s, from time to time, at Sugee Group’s sole discretion (without prior notice), in the interest of the phase-wise development or under a scheme (without any obligation on Sugee Group to notify such amendment on this Site or in its Content/s).
iv) may be subject to mortgage/charge created/to be created in favour of financial institution/s, etc. by Sugee Group (who will obtain NOCs if required).
Any advice or information available on this Site and/or in its Content/s should not be relied upon by you/any Visitor/without your/such Visitor/s procuring more accurate sources of information and/or specific legal, financial, accounting, tax or any other professional advice.
d) Sugee Group does not warrant that this Site and its pages or the server that makes them available are/will be free from computer virus or other corrupting or destructive or harmful codes programs, macros or elements of any kind. You/any Visitor/s are responsible for implementing your own precautions regarding virus protection and security.
e) Sugee Group does not warrant that the functions contained in this Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected.
You are requested to verify all the details, including area, amenities, services, terms of sales and payments and other relevant terms independently with the Sugee Groups’ sales team only by physically visiting the project site. You are requested NOT to visit any unauthorised or unverified website/broker (online / offline) to receive any information about any projects of the Sugee Group.
4. Exclusion of Liability:
The access and/ or use of this Site and/or any of its Content/s and/or information contained in this Site are at your sole option and risk. Under no circumstances shall Sugee Group or its subsidiary companies or LLPs or other entities or any of its directors, agents, partners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, nominees or authorized persons or any of them, or their respective successors or assigns, be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or economic, including loss of profits) whatsoever suffered or incurred by any person/Visitor/s, due to:
i) any access or use, and/or inability to access or use, this Site and/or its Content/s and/or its links / hyperlinks.
ii) error, omission interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission or system failure, incomplete, delayed or interrupted access or use of this Site or any other website linked to this Site;
iii) Action taken or abstained or any decision taken by you/such Visitor/s relying on information or Content/s contained on this Site or on any other website linked to this Site;
iv) Any authorized use or reproduction of this Site and/or its Content/s.

The Sugee Group Logo and Sugee Marina Bay Logo reflected in this Site are registered Trademarks. All Content/s in this Site is the exclusive property of Sugee Group. No Content/s may be modified, edited, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any manner, the material on the site, including text, graphics, code and/or software or taken out of context. Such use creates a false or misleading statement or impression as to the positions, statements or actions of Sugee Group. No hyperlinking of this Site to any other website or the mirroring or reproduction / distribution / transmission of any Content/s on this Site on any other website or the use of any information / material, etc. therein for any public or commercial purpose is permitted without the prior written consent of Sugee Group, which consent may be granted or refused at Sugee Group’s sole discretion and may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by Sugee Group. Facility to print an article or portion of text or material on this Site through Computer / electronic device does not amount to prior written consent. Sugee Group will not be responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorised activities conducted by any third party users/visitors as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other third party users of our website. iii) That you are fully aware of the laws of the country/ state you reside in and also those of India particularly those governing use, sale, lease transfer of real estate and you are neither violating nor attempting to violate any law.
iv) That you shall not use or post any computer programs in connection with your use of this Site, that may contain destructive features such as viruses anomalies, self-destruct mechanisms, time/logic bombs, worms, etc.
v) That you are prohibited from using this Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair this Site. You are also prohibited to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through this Site.

1) Right of confidentiality shall apply to any inquiries, feedback and/or information {"Communications"} made to Sugee Group through this Site and Sugee Group shall have obligation to protect Communications from disclosure to third parties.
2) Any Communications submitted to Sugee Group at this Site (whether by e-mail or otherwise) shall be deemed to be confidential. None of the information is shared with any third-parties nor is available to unauthorised users.
13. Sever-ability:
The provisions of these Terms are intended to be severable. If for any reason any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
14. Jurisdiction:

Sugee Group makes no representation that this Site and/or its Content/s is/are appropriate or available/permitted for use in jurisdictions outside India. If you/any Visitor/s are dissatisfied with this Site and/or any of its Content/s or pages, the sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site.
